ReflectionClass::getAttributes()
获取类的属性
ReflectionClass::getAttributes()函数用于获取类的属性。
用法：
ReflectionAttribute[] ReflectionClass::getAttributes( string $name = NULL, int $flags = 0 )
参数：
$name（可选）：要筛选的属性名称。
$flags（可选）：要应用的过滤器标志。
返回值：
返回一个ReflectionAttribute对象的数组，或者在失败时返回false。
